Das Recht der 'Freizügigkeit' in Deutschland bezieht sich auf die Bewegungsfreiheit von Personen innerhalb des Landes sowie auf die Freiheit, den Wohnort innerhalb des Staatsgebietes zu wählen. Es ist in Artikel 11 des Grundgesetzes der Bundesrepublik Deutschland verankert. Dieses Recht gewährt den deutschen Bürgern und auch EU-Bürgern das Recht, sich frei im gesamten Bundesgebiet zu bewegen, dort zu leben und zu arbeiten, ohne durch staatliche oder administrative Maßnahmen behindert zu werden.
'Erkin harakat qilish' huquqi Germaniyada mamlakat ichida shaxslarning erkin harakatlanish huquqini hamda davlat hududi ichida yashash joyini tanlash erkinligini anglatadi. Bu huquq Germaniya Federativ Respublikasining Asosiy qonunining 11-moddasida belgilangan. Bu huquq nemis fuqarolariga va Yevropa Ittifoqi fuqarolariga davlat yoki ma'muriy chora-tadbirlar tomonidan cheklanmasdan, butun federal hududda erkin harakatlanish, yashash va ishlash huquqini beradi.
